Menopause & Strength Training

At Kinetic Fit we run both 1:1 and 2:1 (Buddy Training) personal training programs for females who are either peri menopausal or in full blown menopause , some have already started their HRT journey while some are still trying to find their feet and educate themselves on what will work best for them.

I have many years experience working with such clients helping them at each step along the way.

My specifically designed training program teaches the client the importance of looking after their muscle and bone strength, fitness and mental health throughout this extremely difficult transition in their life.

This program is also for people who are only starting out on strength training who feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable working out in a commercial gym setting.

I provide a completely private gym setting were clients are taught how to workout correctly in a safe progressive and friendly environment.

Also as part of this personal training package Sports Massage Treatment can be included to help with tension, aches and pains which many of us carry on a daily basis.
