A comprehensive rehab program is offered to address both acute and chronic injuries which includes treatments such as sports massage, dry needling & vacuum cupping as well as specific exercise programs to strengthen and rebuild the injured tissue.
Each treatment is tailored to the clients specific needs.
*Please note sports massage although very relaxing is aimed to work deep within the layers of muscle tissue to identify & treat current muscle weaknesses, restrictions and problem areas. Treatment pressure can be adjusted to suit each client individually.

I pride myself on a non-judgemental approach and understand each client has an individual goal and levels of motivation to achieve those goals.
Each personal training session includes teaching proper exercise technique, intensity level & continued progression to help each client reach their goals.
Nutritional advice also forms a big part of our personal training programs with many of our clients finding accountability a great motivational tool.
